Biography
Rachel represents clients throughout Indiana in divorce, child custody/parenting time, child support, paternity actions, contempt, post-decree modifications, relocations, protective orders and other family law issues. Rachel is a trained Guardian ad Litem and has volunteered her time as a Pro Bono GAL for Kids' Voice of Indiana. Prior to graduating law school, Rachel worked in the Marion County Civil and Criminal Courts and Indiana Appellate Court. She draws on those valuable experiences daily to represent her clients. Rachel has extensive knowledge of Protection Orders and how the resulting criminal and civil cases intertwine. The majority of her caseload focuses on representing survivors of domestic violence. Rachel is an advocate for her clients while also recognizing the delicate nature of these sensitive issues. She enjoys creating solutions for clients not just for today, but taking into consideration their future needs.
